I was very pleased to recently deliver this k-tip chef custom order to Mike Battey . The blade is CPM 154 stainless. Handle is ringed gidgee and natural maple Burl, both from Rob Harrison .
This knife was meant to complement a pair that I built for Mike a couple years back.

I met Alejandro some time back at my buddy Luis Padilla’s cabinet shop, and I was very happy to put this knife in his hands today.
