Maggie Bagwell Lacey of Windmill Market was on WKRG yesterday cooking some of our delicious ground pork (heritage breed, pastured raised!) as breakfast sausage! Looks divine, but if you put anything on those Sweet Olive - Bakery & Juice Bar Cheddar biscuits it would be good, right?? Thanks for the recipe!

Turkeys are HERE! The farm is so excited...
They will stay in their little safe house until they are big and strong enough to start foraging in the grass!

120 turkeys arrived in the mail yesterday, day old, they will go out to our pasture in about 8 weeks, and by thanksgiving they should be 15 to 20 lbs after spending a summer eating grasses, bugs and whole grains
