Good morning. Due to complications with Bob's surgery we will be closed again today, Sunday the 22nd. Thank you all for your well wishes and understanding. He is resting and trying to get back in the action as soon as possible.

To our friends and neighbors: I would like to say thank you for your support and patience during our move. But just as important, I have to thank my incredible staff, for without them and their tremendous work and efforts I would not be posting this right now. So a huge thank you goes out to Vicki, Cindy, Tiniqua, Molly, Dawn, Jennifer, and Briar!

We are now open!! We're not big on pomp and circumstance so tomorrow, Thursday, September 12 will be our first day. We are in the old Sean’s Prime Dining location (also Dumbwaiter, Outpost 406, and for “ol timers”, Bucks Diner was here). 58 N Section street in the heart of downtown Fairhope. Look for the red bannister!

It’s going to be some work in progress, but to re-open within 2 weeks says a lot about the determination of our team. No, scratch team; the family that I am so proud to have worked with through out the years. We're still working out a few kinks so we may not have a phone for a few days but we'll still be there! We'll be running flexible hours 10-2ish Monday through Friday. Regular weekend opening to come.

I thank God for, Mary Ann and John Nelson, my staff, and you all for supporting one of the oldest, local, continuously operating restaurants in Fairhope. (I do have one more to thank. A Guardian Angel out there. I can’t reveal their name, but without this Angel, none of this would be possible.)

Our team is hard at work moving. Almost everything is in our new building, now it's time to start organizing. We expect to be back feeding Fairhope in less than two weeks. (no set date yet though) We would like to send a huge thank you to the Knights of Columbus Council 2737 in Daphne for lending us their hands and hand trucks!
