Big Head Ed BBQ Team and Catering AWARD WINNING BBQ & CATERING Our history and background can be viewed at www.bhebbq.com Over the past 12 years we have been competing professionally.

Our first sanctioned event was a Memphis Barbeque Network (MBN) event in 2008 (we placed 2nd Whole Hog) and in 2009 we entered the KCBS event realm. Its been a great ride that has given us the opportunity to compete in the world BBQ championship a few times in Memphis and the World Food Championships (2018) and other national and regional competitions. I believe we would make your event memorable

! Our catering events have included fund raising for Alzheimer’s Research, scholarship feasts, and unique weddings, graduations, reunions, and more.. Our BBQ Catering is well known for whole hog and full menu BBQ menus. We have our own hand crafted sauces and rubs that have attracted a small following. We are Serve Safe credentialed and certified to judge in both MBN and KCBS events.

We’re proud to announce that our sauces earned national recognition in the 2026 Barbecue News Magazine “Sauces of Honor” competition!

• 2nd Place Overall nationwide — missing 1st by the slimmest margin imaginable!

For a small Vermont BBQ operation built around traditional smoking, homemade recipes, family, and hard work… this is a pretty special moment.
