Our rental home is coming available May 1. Rent will be $1,400 and includes electric. The home is full electric. Water and garbage for the current renters has steadily stayed in the $80 range monthly. There is LIMITED access to a fishing pond and hiking trails. This access will be discussed upon signing an agreement. The house has two bedrooms and one bath. A full, unfinished basement and a detached garage. There is a large, approximately two acre yard the renter is responsible for maintaining. Animals are welcome but must remain on the property and there is a deposit for pets. The yard is NOT fenced. Background check and proof of income is required for eligibility.

This is what happens when someone is outside and the horses feel they need fed and don't get fed right then. They get mad and run and buck lol I am glad Major feels good enough to prance around. He will be 28 in June. We got a good count on our hay situation now that we are almost into February. We always want to ensure our horses have enough. At this time we have hay to spare.

Hay season is finally finished and we got our rental house completed which opened up more time for our next line of projects. We got one of our farm signs up! We are currently working on the sign for our field entrance. A huge thanks to Roger Channell with Ridge Works. We have been so excited about these signs. Also a big thanks to Jason for building the support and hanging the sign!
