Zion Heritage Farm

Zion Heritage Farm Apple Trees and Honey Bees - Holistic and sustainable community enrichment through fresh local produce and outreach. Zion Heritage farm started as a dream.

A dream to reclaim a family heritage in the hills of West Virginia and begin an organic endeavor in farming. In the Summer of 2013, Wes and Heather Neill purchased eight acres of land that was first settled by their Prickett ancestors nearly one hundred and fifty years ago. With a lot of sweat and a lot of help from good neighbors, they began tilling the land and planting their dreams in the groun

d in the form of apple trees. As of Summer 2014, Wes and Heather tend almost 100 apple, pear and peach trees, as well as several rows of organic strawberries, corn, squash, beans and much more. They subsist largely off the land they tend and hope to soon produce enough to share healthy, sustainable and organic food with the local community. Stay tuned for ways you can get involved in helping us share the earth's gifts.
