We haven’t shared this in a while and it’s a question we get regularly… what exactly do we mean when we say the price is based off “hanging weight”? 🤔
It’s removing a lot of parts most people don’t want so we don’t make you pay for 🤗 As you see in the picture it’s great because it’s taking 35-40% off of the animals original weight. 🤯
❗️Always remember… if you want the organs, bones, etc. just let us know or notate it on your cut sheet❗️
