One for the books. Maverick Mountain BBQ provided for a wedding rehearsal at the Guyton Ranch Weddings & Events Friday evening. The first round was portion controlled but there was plenty leftover for the growing boys & girls.

We are so much more than a food truck. C’mon out for a true roadside experience. We are serving proper Texas & Southern style bbq.

We have indoor dining on the BBQ BUS and plenty of seating outside to enjoy the sun and as always, ‘the wind.’

WE DO CATERING!!

If you haven’t figured out yet we offer catering services and by the pound. If you have an upcoming event, party or wedding reach out to us.

Meanwhile, we’ll be open this weekend Saturday & Sunday (NOON-6.)
