It’s that time again! We’ve just opened up sign ups to reserve our upstairs loft space for all Bills games this season. Minimum of 20 people to reserve. No cost! Bring your own food, get your own 75” TV and soundbar for the game, plus a private bathroom. No outside drinks allowed. To reserve your spot, head over to preservationbeercompany.com/private-events and fill out the form with your information and your desired date.

We’ve got some extremely exciting news to share with you all. This week, we officially welcomed our new Head Brewer, Nick Mesrobian. Nick comes to us with an impressively extensive brewing background, including brewing for Shipyard, CB, and leading the charge as head brewer at both Roc Brewing and K2. Nick has been working with us for a bit now brewing your existing Preservation favorites, and we’re so excited to see what he brings to us all in the way of new brews as he takes the helm.
