In 1974, Andrew Colaruotolo started Casa Larga Vineyards as a hobby, seeking to produce wine reminiscent of wines produced by his family's vineyard in Italy. Now, over 40 years later, we continue this tradition of excellence - producing high quality, award-winning wines, and growing to be one of the leading wine producers in New York's Finger Lakes Region.

White, rosé, or red? The difference is all about skin contact.

No contact gives you a crisp white. A few hours give you rosé, like our 2025 Dry Rosé of Cabernet Franc at just two hours on the skins. Extended contact pulls out the color and body of a red, as our Cab Merlot blend.

Fun fact: even red grapes press out a clear juice. It is the skins that bring the color.

Two American traditions, one hilltop, one heart full of memories. 🇺🇸

Sunday June 14th we are celebrating Flag Day and the birthday of our beloved Mrs. C. Come into the wine shop and raise a glass. Two glasses for $13, with 13 toasts written for the day, all in honor of the woman who built this place beside Mr. C.

Throughout the day a slideshow honoring Mr. and Mrs. C will run in the wine shop, alongside a Flag Retirement Collection and a proper flag folding seminar with our local veterans. If you have a worn or damaged American flag ready for respectful retirement, bring it with you.

Share a memory of Mrs. C in the comments, online or in person. We will be reading them all day.
