Please welcome CHARlie. I brought him home this afternoon after a quick delivery to my truck. He will lose his meatginity this evening with a ribeye 🥩, bratwurst, and some costanza jack daniels sausages. I look forward to raising CHARlie to cook meat to perfection! He’ll be put to use about 4 nights a week but I think he has it in his DNA. Kurt Worden

Thank you all who placed an order this weekend! Got the final meals to customers out over the last hour so all is good! Here is a pic of the smoked turkey platter! Delivered with Cloud 9 BBQ sauce and homemade cranberry sauce made with fresh squeezed orange juice and lemon zest! It will blow your mind...just sayin' Keep your eyes peeled for the next boutique BBQ weekend! Next weekend we are taking off as we will be chasing white tail deer around the fields and hardwoods of western NY

Time to make the donuts....errr....pulled pork! I'm not going to lie, today may be a challenge but we will persevere! Currently battling 15-20mph winds so relocating gussy(my smoker) to the southern corner of Cloud 9 BBQ to try and offset a bit. Smoker is stoked and pork butt gently placed with live on top rack! See you in 8-9 hours you little cutie!!
