Alsamari Farm We were a small organic farm but have since moved out of state. Organic farming is not easy, but that's what makes it so rewarding.

At Alsamari Farm in Penfield we try our best to bring you the freshest, most-natural, diversified produce at an affordable price. Yes, it's my job, but more than anything, I want to share our excitement about clean food with you. We do not spray any chemical of any sort. No herbicide, pesticide or any other chemical matter. We do spray composted tea, which is fertilizer we make from our fish tanks

, as well as a vegetable spray (garlic/pepper/onion/water combo) to repel the bugs. We try our best to bring you the most holistic and natural way of growing food. This will be our 2nd season with a farmstand. We're looking forward to seeing the friendly faces we came to know last Summer and hope we can get to know you and what you love about clean food.

Our chickens are free to go and come as they please. They roam the farm anywhere they wish. So you are getting free range eggs. The feed we give them is Not organic. We do not wash our eggs unless the customer requests. They can last over a month unrefrigerated when unwashed.
It is getting cold but the chickens are still laying eggs. As you know they alternate and egg production is not consistent. You can stop by the side door where we place the eggs throughout the winter months. You will find a money box, empty egg cartons and hopefully some eggs. We collect eggs daily. And we get about 2 to 3 dozens a day. You can always call me to make sure there is eggs before you come out here. 585 281 1305.

Are you looking to create a raised bed, or a vegetable garden and in need of compost? I have the magic blend. Chicken, sheet, cow and horse manure all mixed up. I sell it $40 per yard. I can load you if you have a trailer or a pickup truck. I can also deliver for $75 delivery fee. I have a 5 yard minimum to deliver. Meaning I will only deliver if you order 5 yards or more.
