We are the Cane Creek Valley farm growing our renowned white and purple asparagus for almost twenty years in the fertile soils between Fairview and Fletcher in Buncombe County six miles east of Asheville, North Carolina. We were first recognized for our exceptional Seasonal Gourmet Vegetables by professional chefs. Today, CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) represents 100% of our family farm in

come. We do not sell at tailgate markets. We do not sell to wholesalers. We have over ten years CSA farming experience growing vegetables for area families who purchase weekly or every-other-week farm shares or CSA Memberships. The local harvest season runs from April through November; however, we add new members throughout the season as the garden production allows. Our farming operation in the Cane Creek Valley is NOT VISIBLE from Cane Creek Road. Our gardens are hidden from public view, but we happily provide our CSA Members with a guided tour by appointment. We are not certified organic, but have always grown our vegetables in a sustainable manner using organic inputs. In choosing our internet domain name, we simply dropped the Asparagus & Company to make our name shorter!

Our Story

We are Cane Creek Asparagus & Company aka Cane Creek CSA. Our small, family farm has been growing for almost twenty years in the fertile soils between Fairview and Fletcher in Buncombe County six miles east of Asheville, North Carolina. We were first recognized for our exceptional Seasonal Gourmet Vegetables by professional chefs. Today, CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) represents 100% of our family farm income. We do not sell at tailgate markets. We do not sell to wholesalers. We have over fifteen years CSA farming experience growing vegetables for area families who purchase weekly or every-other-week farm shares or CSA Memberships. The local harvest season runs from May through October and sometimes into November; however, we add new members throughout the season as the garden production allows.
