The Blue Heron Project

Molly Morrison, founder of The Blue Heron Project, is a dressage trainer and instructor, a Certified Classical Pilates and Yoga Teacher. The Blue Heron Project is her exploration of the connections within and between horses and humans. Incorporating pilates and yoga with natural horsemanship and classical dressage, Molly aims to help riders and horses find balance and alignment within their own bodies and with each other’s in order to create and maintain harmonious partnerships and confident individuals. Each human and equine body has a unique build and story, and The Blue Heron Project examines the dynamic interaction of these bodies and how connection is developed and evolves within and between them.

Molly is currently teaching and training at Lazy Susan Farm in Fairview, TN, where she also has an in-home studio for private pilates and yoga sessions. She is available to teach off-site private lessons or group classes. She also offers local 1- and 2-day workshops and hosts workshop series.
