Back in January we made the trek up to Bardstown to pick a barrel of Elijah Craig. It’s always a great experience up there and the choices did not disappoint! We ended up tasting through 7 barrels and unanimously chose the very first one we sampled 10 years and 132 proof yet drinks way too easy for the proof.
