Bee & Bramble Fine Meads Bee & Bramble Fine Meads celebrates the magic of the honeybee and the lush forests of the southern Appalachians. Delightfully drinkable!

Raw mountain honey, special yeasts, and artisan meadmaking combine to produce the finest dry metheglins and melomels. Bee & Bramble is located just outside the western North Carolina mountain town of Asheville, in a secluded valley of Fairview, NC. The meadery is currently under construction, scheduled to be completed in March of 2013. Stay tuned for tastings and other events we have coming up!
