It's been a whirlwind weekend of baking, decorating, and keeping up with MawMaw's lightning-speed cleaning skills. I mean she hears “clink” boyyyyy she’s on it!! My husband? He's the “icing on the cake” always ready to lend a hand (and a delivery service 😎). I'm so grateful for my dream team, even when things get a little overwhelming. I couldn’t do it without them. Especially since I tend to bit off more than I can chew…..like literally. 🥴🥴🥴

Been a super busy few days. Everyone here at our house are absolutely BEAT!!!! Nana’s Sweet Haven has just about beat our butts. But all cakes have been delivered and everyone was happy. And that’s the end goal. The Walking Dead cake was my first ever ice cream cake and probably my last. That one by far was my most challenging cake so far. I had to work fast on that one despite it trying to melt on me every single time. But at the end my niece was very happy with it. We even made her a Zombie. LOL!!! My nephew requested a John Deere cake…..John Deere was what he got. I think he liked the tractor on it more than the cake. LOL!!! Next Mrs Dorothy Faison is partying with a DJ cake tonight. Happy Birthday Jason!!!! Now it’s time to layback and relax for the rest of the night.

PS…..Don’t judge by the Walking Dead Cake. I know it might look messy but aren’t zombies messy????
