Thrilled to unveil our Minnesota State Fair Official New Food for 2025! Caprese Curds!

A truly fresh take on cheese curds:
• Italian-breaded fresh mozzarella (not cheddar) cheese curds
• Served atop a bed of classic, fresh caprese-style salad ingredients – a blend of tomatoes, basil, extra virgin olive oil and seasonings
• Finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and crispy crostini for scooping
It’s a lighter, fresher take on typical cheese curds, and perfect for summer.
