Shampoo bars are getting more popular, why?

1. Shampoo bottles are about 70 to 90% water. Shampoo bars often last longer and are more cost effective.

2. Commercial shampoos use harsh chemicals and detergents to strip your hair of its natural oils and then require conditioners to make your hair feel soft. Shampoo bars gently cleanse and nourish your hair and scalp with important nutrients. My shampoo bars contain no sulfates, parabens, or artificial fragrances.

3. Shampoo bars are more convenient for traveling and no plastic packaging. They double as body bars as well and some people find they do not need any conditioner in the long term.

I struggled for many years with dry scalp and dandruff. Even switching to a shampoo brand on Amazon helped but didn't resolve the issues. Only since making my own have I found total relief.

I'd like to introduce a wonderful and tasty tincture that I've been working on and using for a while now called Daily Stress Glycerite. It's a gentle blend of herbs intended to take daily for helping to manage and adapt to all the stresses of life.

The tincture contains: Lemon Balm, Holy Basil, Chamomile, and Milky Oats. I've used a combination of vegetable glycerin and high proof vodka as a menstruum. The high proof vodka is best for the fresh herbs I chose here.
