Friends,
I am sending this out in hope to rally support.
Those who know Billy Oehmig and myself know that we are avid supporters of wildlife and protection of wildlife.
Our small Texas business has been under attack for 2 years now. We have fought hard to work alongside Texas Parks and Wildlife to help preserve small businesses across Texas and protect all native Whitetail Deer.
Finally federal agencies are being exposed for their mass fear mongering campaign to illicit more tax dollars for State Agencies and there will be a massive pendulum swing in the days ahead.
Unfortunately for many like ourselves the righting of these wrongs will come to late.
There is a push to enact rules by Texas Parks Commissioners before State Legislators and Federal Legislators can roll back Biden emergency regulations that were passed Jan. 2021.
The science is now being presented and pathways will be made. Changes are certain.

I’m asking my friends to please go on the link below and vote Completely Disagree.
All I need is for the commission to table the rule package so that legislators can clean house.

It doesn’t matter where you live it matters that you are asking for better representation for all.

After my letter is the link to open.
Please friends,
Completely Disagree

To all concerned,

Blue Creek Whitetails is urging people to show your support especially at such a critical time.
The Legislators are watching!!!!!!
What was done behind closed doors forming the new rules that are being proposed shows that those that were present representing the deer breeders failed in representing the majority.
The legislators are wishing for a more unified and transparent representation for breeders.
Let’s give it to them!We must show our willingness to speak up, show up and stand up for equal treatment as Texas landowners. If these rules pass it will be the end for the majority of breeders and many small businesses that rely on these businesses across Texas.

We do need changes from deer breeders and at TPWD. What is needed is missing in these proposed rules, concise and defined language presented that reflects a true representation of all stakeholders and defined pathway for good businesses to exist. All centered around what all good breeders do daily, put the health of deer first.
Breeders have been pushed around, and vilified by State Agencies across the country so these agencies could have a reason to pad their pockets and increase their budgets. It is time to cry foul!
The science is there!
For years Dr. James Kroll and others have presented unbiased Facts to TPWD. Slowly Breeders from across the country are coming together and sharing real scientific data with one another. Once again proving that Deer Breeders are essential in the protection of Whitetail Deer. Deer breeders have solutions and capability to ensure deer hunting will be there for generations to come.

Please join Blue Creek Whitetails and others in person to show the Commissioners and the Legislators we do exist and we as breeders Do Not agree to what is being presented.
