Do you blanch your fresh veg before freezing? The garden is booming! Awesome! But it's way too much at once- I'd like to put some of it up for later- I love sautéed squash and green beans- but hate soggy canned veggies. I want to freeze some. Google insists i need to blanch them- I'm afraid that will make them soft- soggy when sautéed later. Do you blanch green beans and squash before freezing? What is your experience with it? Should I blanch or not?
Also- I'm willing to share the wealth if anyone local wants to come pick some up!

The best part of bee keeping! The pay off!! I've never pulled honey this early but the girls are going so hot and heavy I was running out of equipment for them to put more honey in! What a great way to spend a rainy day- extracting honey!
