Steel Wheel Farm OUR MISSION STATEMENT We are Steel Wheel Farm, a first-generation family farm. We grow, harvest and deliver everything ourselves!

We believe that great food begins with the farmer, and because of that, we are dedicated to growing the highest-quality produce by using natural, organic farming methods. We strive to be a sustainable farm and take pride in being good stewards of the land.

Spring planting time always seems like crunch time, but with this nice stretch of dry weather, our window to get crops in is a little less, stressful . We’ll see how this goes, but we’re gonna try planting some Diana Fava beans and kamut, which is an ancient grain. It’s a gamble, but it sure is satisfying when it works well. 🤞

Waters have receded and clean up was started today . We got lucky and didn’t have too much damage. Positive thoughts and best wishes to all the farms still under water and hope all are safe .
