Summer is certainly here early this year. We have had no rain so the pastures are dried up and we are again feeding hay. The butcher and hay fees have gone up so the price of beef is up a little this year. I will have ground beef available on Monday. The price is $7.00 per pound in one-pound packages.
Let me know if you want some. I hope to have more available in the fall.
