We had an ice cream social this afternoon🍦
Actually it was frozen yogurt with blueberries, strawberries & kale. The girls were super chatty & enjoyed a cool treat!

Going to be hot here today.
What are some treats you give your girls on a warm day?
Frozen anything (besides corn) is good!! I’ve heard corn is not the best treat in the heat as it raises their body temp. Gather some fruits and veggies and pop them in the freezer for a few. Blueberries, strawberries, spinach, broccoli or kale are some of their favs. I also put ice cubes in the goats and chicks waters.

Just simply being around animals can help bring us joy in so many ways!
I was going through all the photos from this mornings Goat Yoga and this one stood out to me. I love it!! I love that we can share our animals with you & make you smile😁

Poppy💗

Goats are browsers.
You’ll most likely find them snacking on trees & shrubs rather than low growing grasses. They are loving our bamboo lately!! They do enjoy grass sometimes, like Poppy here, just not enough to replace the mower.🌱
