We call ourselves a wh***ey farm for a reason. As an estate distillery, the grains we grow now are what will eventually be distilled into wh***ey, then bottled and aged on the farm.

Farmer's Lemonade for Fall, anyone? 🍂 We've found this cocktail to be an overall crowd pleaser, mixing fresh lemon with honey from the bees on our farm.

The bees are some of our favorite guests here, which is why we're proud to support Pollinator Partnership - an organization that promotes the health of pollinators, critical to food and ecosystems, through conservation, education, and research.

I traded farm fields for the bright lights of Las Vegas last week, and let’s just say my boots got a workout!

One of my favorite parts of this business is getting out from behind the scenes at the Ranch and sharing our Farm-to-Glass story. Turns out, people in Vegas are pretty interested in what a fifth-generation Nevada farm is doing in the wh***ey aisle!

Say hello to Third Harvest!! 🥃 🌾

Once again we partnered with Nancy Fraley to create the latest edition of our annual Harvester expression - a series we created to truly celebrate our farm-grown grains and the spirit of experimentation. The debuting grain in the mash bill this year? Triticale. It’s a wheat-rye hybrid that we’re incredibly excited to introduce into this wh***ey. We can’t wait to hear what you think, too!
