I used to spend Sundays anxious about the week ahead. Now I spend them here — grounded, slow, grateful. The garden doesn't care about my inbox. It just grows.

Nature is the best therapist, and she never cancels on you.

Watched butterflies. Let my tea go slightly cold. Listened to wind in the leaves.

The Italians call it dolce far niente — the sweetness of doing nothing. I used to feel guilty about this. Now I protect it like an appointment.
