Monkish beers have begun tapping, with 3 currently on, and 3 more tapping soon. We'll have the sound on throughout, game on all TV's. ☀️ 🍽️ Our Summer Menu Refresh has officially arrived at Dominion Wine & Beer, and we couldn't be more excited to share it with you!

Built around premium proteins sourced directly from Brick House Butcher, all antibiotic and hormone free. Our new summer menu introduces a number of exciting new dishes, including Steak Frites, a Berkshire Pork Chop, our Chicken Marsala, Quinoa Bowl, Grilled Peach Burrata Salad, Savory House-Made Focaccia Donuts, Short Rib Tacos, and Grilled Stuffed Nduja Dates. We've also added a refreshed cocktail list featuring several new creations perfect for the season.

And don't miss our new Brick House Butcher Burger, featuring a custom blend of freshly ground filet mignon, ribeye, and chuck topped with Red Dragon cheddar and Dominion sauce. It's everything a steakhouse burger should be.

Of course, we couldn't part with some guest favorites. Dragon Shrimp, Dominion Cheeseburger Sliders, and our popular Dominion Steak & Cheese all remain, along with our beloved Turkey Sandwich available during lunch service.

Exciting week ahead at Dominion! The homies at Reverie Distribution laced us with a six piece spread from out west, and those kegs will begin tapping over the next few days as lines open up. We're also pumped to have just rolled out a brand new summer menu refresh, with around 15 new dishes for you all to try out and enjoy. More details on that later this week. Last but not least, Father's Day is this Sunday, and our retail shop is expecting a nice clip of fresh new beers, right in time. Check our social tomorrow for the full lineup.

😎 The weekend is here and it's time to make your plans! Back on the menu after countless customer requests, our popular Smoked Turkey Sandwich returns! This time we've made a few upgrades to take it to the next level. House-smoked Sho Nuf turkey is layered with smoky Edwards Smokehouse bacon, rich Red Dragon cheddar, crisp shredded lettuce, and creamy mayo, all stacked on toasted multigrain bread. The combination of tender smoked turkey, savory bacon, and the nutty, slightly tangy character of Red Dragon cheese delivers big flavor in every bite while keeping things fresh and balanced.
