Roasted eggplant layered with whipped ricotta, roasted root vegetables, and our house-made red sauce. Comforting, rich, and completely meat-free.

Then moving along, weā€™ll have Parish Brewing Companyā€™s Holy Ghost TIPA, a fresh spread from the homies at Outer Range Brewing Co., plus new bangers from Great Notion Brewing and Drekker Brewing Company! Been a minute since weā€™ve had some COVEN Brewing bless the shop, nice to see! Rounding out the diet with some great lagers from Dutchess Ales, fresh up north haze from Widowmaker Brewing, and a balanced diet of stylings from Threes Brewing! Some arrive tomorrow (Tuesday), some arrive Wednesday. As always watch our socials noting availability and everything new at Dominion āœŒļøā£

Then moving along, we'll have Parish Brewing Company's Holy Ghost TIPA, a fresh spread from the homies at Outer Range Brewing Co., plus new bangers from Great Notion Brewing and Drekker Brewing Company!
