House update! 🏡🤎🛠️
Here are some before and after photos. The house had carpet, and was outdated. We have done SO much work since moving in!
We knocked the wall down that divided 2 separate living rooms, so now we have 1 big living space and it's made a WORLD of a difference! We get so much more natural light coming in... and, in the winter it'll help the fireplace heat distribute to the further parts of the house!
We ripped up the carpet and laid LVP which turned out beautiful 🤩
It may not look like it, but we did also paint the whole house (I regret not going a shade darker, but maybe that'll be another future project 😅 or maybe I need to finish hanging my decor)
I'm thinking of doing shiplap on the wall behind the couch... stay tuned for that project!
We are so proud of all the work we've done this far, and we love sharing this journey with all of you. Thank you for all of your support, comments, likes, and follows, it means a lot to us! 🫶🏼
PS: | just got my sourdough starter happy again so I will be making sourdough and working on making that available for purchase within the next month 🥰
