I browned 5 pounds of our ground beef today, and it smelled absolutely delicious! 😋 Our butchers at RRR in Buckley say it’s 80/20. This is what one pound looked like after browning—with barely 1/4 cup
All five pounds were right at that 1/4 cup of grease.

Now this is a ribeye steak! This is a T-bone. They are not mechanically tenderized, no water added, no added flavoring or other added ingredients that I have no idea what it does to the meat. TeBos Family Farm Beef comes straight back from the butcher with nothing added. Check the labels. Know where your meat comes from and what’s in it.
