It's been a hard day at the farmers Market. So many Children wanted to give me a pet, a few dogs to tell stay out of our booth. I am just resting in Moms lap waiting to load up and go home.

Moving the cows today is very hot out. Ambrose thinks he helps but mostly he is at my feet wanting picked up for a little German lowrider these cows are big.

Moving the south poll cows we move them everyday these are mostly cows with calves. We have 3 steers & the bull is out with them

Moving the cows with the help of Ambrose our German lowrider house dog. His brother Zeke usually wants to stay at the house but Ambrose will go help move the cows.

What did you do for the 4th of July? Rocky my bull got to spend the weekend with the lady's. He is looking forward to these hot summer days July & August he gets to be with all the cows. See him right in the center he lost his ear tag and haven't bothered to put on another one.

Happy sheep went out to check on the flock this morning buddy my white LGD was laying down in the middle of them. Anyone looking for ewes I will have some looking for new homes along with some blue eye rams.

Charlie got his last scratch behind the ears. It is so sad no one appreciates the work, effort and cost to raise these pigs. Especially if you want to avoid the cheap commercial corn & soy diet all pasture raised pork farmers I know feed. It is easy to understand at a cost of .22 cents a pound when a heritage breed pig like this will consume 1 ton 2000 pounds of feed per year. Compare .22 cents a pound vs .48 cents for barley peas wheat organic blend you have a cost of $440 a year vs $960.
Sad day today I really loved these pigs just can't afford to keep them
