📣WORKSHOP ALERT!📣

✨Join me for a virtual workshop on Tuesday April 14th for parents or caregivers who are looking for support on how to navigate picky eating. Can’t make it live? Each participant will have access to the recording to watch whenever it works for you!

✨During this workshop we will focus on how to reduce stress at mealtimes. My goal is to help you enjoy eating with your family and feel confident feeding your kids. I will give you tips and strategies to help create an eating environment that embraces curiosity and brings connection rather than being a time filled with frustration and second guessing how you are handling it all. I will discuss how to raise intuitive eaters and how to help your child cultivate a healthy relationship with food. We will also talk about how to handle sweets and ways to ensure your child is getting the nutrients they need to grow and thrive.

✨As a Registered Dieitian and mom of 3, I truly understand how challenging meal times can be. You will walk away from this workshop with strategies you can implement right away to transform your family’s mealtime experience.

We are one day away from the East Falmouth Village Association Holiday Festival and Tree Lighting 🎄🥳🌲🥳. Enjoy fun for the whole family, complete with complimentary pizza, hot chocolate, Smitty's ice cream, and a Santa treat. The event will feature numerous activities, including a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, leading up to the lighting of the East Falmouth Holiday Tree. Additional parking is available at the East Falmouth Elementary School or The Rockland Trust bank.
