Lunchtime calls for some cozy French comfort food, especially with the snow falling outside! I’m thinking of whipping up a delightful dish using butter, crème fraîche, black trumpet mushrooms, and chicken, all served with a freshly baked baguette from work. Can’t wait to dive into that rich sauce, paired with a lovely red wine from my hometown. It’s going to be a real treat!

Last night, I prepared a delicious dinner featuring butternut squash and lamb. I made a creamy mashed butternut to accompany the spiced lamb, infused with garlic for extra flavor. To complement the meal, I toasted some slices of rustic sourdough bread, cut into breadsticks, and topped them with shredded cheese before baking them in the oven. It was a fantastic combination!

I'm diving into one of my galettes tonight, and let me tell you, it’s all about quality control! I can’t wait to pair it with a smooth 21-year-old rum. The combination of that warm almond cream and the crispy, buttery puff is going to be absolutely perfect. It’s going to be a delightful experience!

This is seriously next-level stuff! Just picture this amazing Hachis Parmentier made with leftover beef cheeks, some awesome chanterelle mushrooms, a little bit of veal, and a sauce from the beef cheeks that I reduced down. Plus, I whipped up that Robuchon-style mashed potatoes using leftover sourdough baguette crumbs from my work , baked it all at 375°F for 40 minutes. It was ridiculously delicious!
