Frances G. DeFrancesco, 91, of St. Charles, formerly of Westchester, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Brighton Gardens Assisted Living in St. Charles. She was born May 21, 1934 in Melrose Park, Illinois to Peter and Sylvia Speno. Frances deeply loved her family and cherished their time together...
