Please join us in wishing Rodney a Happy 80th Birthday today!! 🎂🎉🎈

Rodney has been an RDO team member for 28 years, first at Wadena, and now in Staples. We are so lucky to have him on the team - an incredibly dedicated hard worker, always with a smile on his face!

And, as the saying goes, once a farmer, always a farmer … we told him to take the day off today but he’d rather be in the tractor, planting!

We are prepping to plant tomorrow at our Staples seed farm! Typically, our seed farm plants about a month after our commercial farms, but has a shorter growing season.

It works like this:
🥔 🚛 Receive seed from our Atkinson, Nebraska seed farm.
✂️ Cut seed if needed
🚜 Prepare equipment
🌾 Soften ground by tilling in cover crop
🚜🥔 Plant!

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to serve in guest services at our Park Rapids Training Center!

What You’ll Do:
-Maintain four-star cleaning standards across all buildings
-Clean guest rooms, common areas, and laundry (beds, linens, bathrooms, etc.)
-Help monitor supplies, restock, and keep spaces running smoothly
-Support event prep, light food service, and cleanup as needed

What We Offer:
