Our French and Rustic Italian are made with 4 ingredients.
Unbleached unbromated flour, water, salt, yeast. Thats it nothing else. No Additives no preservatives.
Our Country Buttertop has those same 4 ingredients plus eggs, butter and a little bit of sugar. Thats it.
Sourdough has water, flour, salt and starter. Absolutely clean. Clean top shelf ingredients in every single batch we do. All hand made, in small batches. 1000s of buns every night hand rolled, loaves rolled and panned, everything Fresh Daily never ever any day olds. If there's any bread left at the end of day it all gets donated!
