Cozy fall dinner incoming. 🍊🍂🌙

This Citrus-Braised Pork Roast with Fennel & Olives is everything we want this time of year — tender, slow-braised pork, bright citrus, fennel and savory olives, all made in a Le Creuset Dutch Oven.

And can we talk about that color?! 👀 NUIT is Le Creuset’s newest deep, moody blue and it was basically made for fall cooking.

🥘 CITRUS-BRAISED PORK ROAST WITH FENNEL & OLIVES

You’ll need:
• Boneless pork shoulder roast
• Fennel
• Yellow onion
• Garlic
• Olive oil
• Dry white w**e
• Chicken stock
• Fresh orange + lemon
• Fresh herbs
• Green olives
• Salt + freshly ground black pepper

How to make it:
Season and sear the pork until beautifully browned. Add your aromatics, citrus, w**e and stock, then cover and braise low and slow until the pork is fall-apart tender. Finish with fresh fennel and olives for the perfect bright, savory finish. 🤌
