Opening weekend at Cottonwood Cider House was a delicious way to celebrate this lovely weather and fabulous company. For the sunday brunch, Nox had the croissant french toast (with blueberry and nutella compote), and Shannyn had the always good breakfast burrito.

Head to Ayr and visit Cottonwood Cider House for not only the best local ciders, but awesome food menu!

Don't forget about tomorrow's beer release party going on at Swing Barrel Brewing Company, LLC , our collaboration we did with them and Christopher Larson . We bid and won this chance to brew this wheat ale during their silent auction to raise money for the YWCA locally. We couldn't be happier with not only how it turned out, but the whole collab experience, including the talented musicians and videographers and editors who put together a super fun marketing campaign.

So stop on out after Under Brew Skies 2024 and we'll be there dressed in our best 80's gear to chat with you about the brewing process, music, podcasts, and especially brews & booze 😉

This Saturday, in the Swing Barrel Dirty Bird Event Room, we will be celebrating the release of "Wheat of the Moment - Strawberry-Rhubarb Wheat Ale".

The boys got back together for one last gig, along with regular guest from the show, Christopher Larson , to brew something fun with Swing Barrel Brewing in Moorhead. We hope to be able to see some of you there so we can all catch up and drink some dang good beer!

Thought I'd enjoy a bit of drink and smoke. Got this Basil Hayden 10 year today and wanted to try it out. Some oak initially but thought it would have more. Great vanilla and caramel notes. Slight (very) spice at end. Only 80 proof so not hot. An enjoyable way to end a work week. Honestly not sure it was worth the $$....but I'm going to enjoy this with.my stogie anyway. Cheers!
