Square One is a shared-use kitchen and business incubator in Fargo offering a rental kitchen, cooking classes and food start up education.

Let's start something! Square One offers commercial kitchens that are rented out by the hour. This provides start up businesses the opportunity to follow their passion without the major expenses of starting their own commercial kitchen. The kitchens at Square One are perfect for caterers, bakers, canning, packaging, etc. The kitchens are also available for public use on weekdays during regular bus

iness hours. They are perfect for when you are making food for large events - graduation open houses, parties, etc, but you would love more kitchen space and storage. Square One offers hourly rates for public use. Large commercial ovens and dish washing equipment will increase your efficiency drastically and you don't have to make a mess at your home! We also offer numerous cooking and baking classes! These include cooking and baking basics, advanced courses, cooking with your kids, team building classes, private parties for showers, bachelorette parties, birthdays and more! You can now find Nash Family Bacon at Hornbacher's!

Very proud and extremely impressed with the hard work put in to getting their local product on store shelves. Now it is even easier to get locally made, Dakota cut bacon!

Our bacon is now in stores! Both the Hornbacher's Osgood and Gateway West locations have our bacon for sale!

Here is a moment that captured our hearts as our family saw our product in a store we love.

We'll be in the Osgood Store today from 10 AM to 2 PM for their Taste of Summer Block Party where we'll be giving out samples and answering questions. We hope to see you there!
