We celebrated our largest production week, yet, of 300+ pounds of bacon! Enjoying delicious ice cream over something we're very proud of is a wonderful moment in our lives. We couldn't do it without our amazing customers and all of the support you've provided.

Thanks to Nana Nash for working hard in the kitchen and to our awesome customers!

Boy, do we love bacon. More than bacon though we appreciate the love and hard work that's put into good food. Here's Mrs. Ashley Nash making fresh fettuccine for our delicious family dinner tonight. Fresh pasta is a labor of love, just like our handmade bacon.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Thick cut bacon for your BLTs and a fun way to cook your brussel sprouts!

Just cut your brussel sprouts, toss them in oil and seasoning, and bake your bacon over the top of them in a drip pan. 40 minutes at 400°F and flip the bacon halfway through. Cook it longer if you want it crispier. We pulled the bacon and tossed the veggies under the broiler for a little longer to crisp them up.
