We celebrated our largest production week, yet, of 300+ pounds of bacon! Enjoying delicious ice cream over something we're very proud of is a wonderful moment in our lives. We couldn't do it without our amazing customers and all of the support you've provided.

Do you want to sample our bacon? Come on down today to the Osgood Hornbachers off of 45th from now until 6 PM! We'll also be at the Gateway West Hornbachers store in West Fargo tomorrow from 3 to 6 PM.

Thick cut bacon for your BLTs and a fun way to cook your brussel sprouts!

Just cut your brussel sprouts, toss them in oil and seasoning, and bake your bacon over the top of them in a drip pan. 40 minutes at 400°F and flip the bacon halfway through. Cook it longer if you want it crispier. We pulled the bacon and tossed the veggies under the broiler for a little longer to crisp them up.

Our bacon is now in stores! Both the Hornbacher's Osgood and Gateway West locations have our bacon for sale!

Here is a moment that captured our hearts as our family saw our product in a store we love.

We'll be in the Osgood Store today from 10 AM to 2 PM for their Taste of Summer Block Party where we'll be giving out samples and answering questions. We hope to see you there!
