As we roll into later into this week wanted to highlight this product. This is a Fiber complex that is Apple 🍎 Flavored. You can mix it into a shake or even better into your tea.

Fiber plays a huge role for your metabolic and digestive health. This week I mixed mine with an Orange liftoff aka “Hot Russian” Tea and on a chilly morning this warms the soul.
