It’s never a goodbye, it’s a cheese you later.
With a full heart and immense gratitude, I am here to share that this Milk Made chapter of my cheesy story will be coming to an end on December 31, 2025. For the last 8 years, this business has been an absolute labor of love, and I am deeply humbled by the support, trust, and happiness you’ve all shared with me over the years. You taught me that cheese can bring so much joy! I have had the opportunity to be a part of some of my customers' most intimate gatherings to celebratory spreads, it has been an honor to be part of your tables and your memories.
This business has been the beautiful planet to which my family has orbited for almost a decade. I couldn’t have done any of this without their support and help. In those years we have navigated the birth of my second daughter, a pandemic, the loss of my mother, many successes and failures. I can say without a doubt that I have given everything to make this business a success. They say you never know until you reach the top if it was worth the uphill climb. I can say without a doubt that I have reached the top, and it allowed me to look around and reflect on what I want my life and family’s life to look like in the future. With that being said, I have decided that closing Milk Made will allow me to spend more time with my husband and our girls. I feel content and hopeful that our daughters will look at this experience one day and be proud, and know that their mom did what was best for herself, and for them. I am truly blessed.
I am thrilled to announce that my next chapter in cheese is just beginning. As of January 1st, I will be the Fargo Region Sales Manager for Redhead Creamery! I am excited to take my passion and knowledge for cheese and use it to promote a company I have an immense respect and passion for. With this new position, I will still be very active in the Fargo/Moorhead area! So don’t fret, I will be seeing all of you cheese lovers again soon.

Since we know cheese is a perishable food product, we will plan to ship you cheeses and pairings that are prepackaged from Redhead Creamery! That way you are able to choose when a cheese party is most convenient for you. Please note, catering events with a prior deposit paid and date confirmed will be honored.
