Join us this month as we welcome back Certified Sommelier Joshua Voytek of Rootstock Wine Co. MN

He will be taking us on a journey of wines from the French Region of the Loire Valley. The region runs from mid-Atlantic France north of Bordeaux and encompasses iconic vineyards in Vouvray, Bourgeil, and Sancerre, highlighting whites, reds, roses and sparkling wines, made from grapes like Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc.

In other words, a little something for everyone. Come enjoy a well-curated selection featuring some wines new to the FM area and an opportunity to learn more about this great French region.

Special pricing for the featured wines will be offered by our next door neighbor & retail partner, Bernie's Wines and Liquors on the night of the event only. There is also a 10% retail cheese discount if you want to go home with a little something for later!

‼️Mark your calendars!! The next Wine Dinner date has been set‼️

Fresh from the New France trade show in Minneapolis, we are excited to welcome Three Wines Winery owner Erin Cline to our neck of the woods!

Following a degree in hospitality, restaurant work in NYC and a job at Robert Mondavi, Erin joined the team at Cline Cellars, where she met her future husband and business partner Matt Cline. With a shared passion for championing California’s oldest vineyards, they set out to build their own small family winery: Three Wine Company

Matt is the winemaker and Erin manages the sales, tasting room, and business. Their wines range from an aromatic white blend, a playful chillable red, to elegant and lively Zinfandels and deeply nuanced, bold red blends, all using fruit from the heritage vineyards they cherish.

For this dinner, Chef Ryan and his team will be presenting 5 expertly paired courses with the wines. Special pricing for the wines will be available the night of the event only, courtesy of our neighbor Bernie's Wines and Liquors

Tickets are $95 per person plus tax and tip. Cheese social starts at 6pm, with dinner starting at 6:30.

We can’t wait to welcome one of our most entertaining and informative wine reps back for our August wine session- Ginny McClure from New France Wine. This month we had a request for an Italian theme so in true Ginny style, she will be featuring “off the beaten path” selections from Italy. As always our team will be expertly pairing the wine with cheese from our case!

NEW coolers, new signage… and some new faces?

We are pumped to now offer more chilled refreshments! Including non-alcoholic and THC drinks, a lil something for everyone!

Now onto the new faces.. the coolers are sticking around but we are hoping to offload our furry, feathered, and scaled friends! These bad boys came to us after Nova Eatery & Supper Club closed, and they are AVAILABLE for sale! We’ve got more than what’s pictured.
