The 2023 season is underway with our first two events completed. The Minnesota Horse Expo at the state fairgrounds was April 28th--30th where we experience cool and wet conditions.

Next up was Corky's Early Bird Softball tournament in Owatonna, MN. Again the weatherman subjected us to heavy downpours but that did not dampen the appetites of those attending. Corky's Pork Burgers were once again a great hit!

This week we will do Eagle's View Elementary Family fun night on Thursday May 18th in Elko/New Market and yes it is supposed to rain. We will also do Montgomery Elementary Family Fun Night on the 19th with dry but slightly cool conditions

Our 61st season is underway having worked a private party March 5th and most recently the Minnesota Horse Expo April 14-18. Next up is Corky's Early Bird Softball Classic May 6-8 in Owatonna. Promises to be great weather so come on down for one of those great Grilled Pork Burgers along with other fair favorites.

Our 2021 season has begun with the Rice County Fair Food Truck Weekend and Super Saturday which had a Flea Market and Farmers Market also. This also marks our 60th year of existance. Next up is the Minnesota State Fair's "Kickoff to Summer" beginning next Thurday and running through Memorial Day.
