We offer beef and honey and periodically cuts of lamb and pork all raised here on our family farm. Today’s a busy day - catch us until noon at Central Park to grab your beef, lamb & honey.

We have a limited supply of our first cuts of snap dragons today, and a limited supply of our hot honey so be sure to grab them before they are gone!

It’s officially Faribault Farmer’s Market season! Join us on Saturdays at Central Park from 7-noon to get all your beef, lamb, honey and flowers this season! We may even have a few more goodies as the season goes on this year!

A question we get routinely is what do we do with our wool. People are often surprised to find the answer is usually nothing because it’s not worth anything.

Our shearers are working with a new wool broker & company so we got a check for $8 for wool from almost 30 sheep, equating into 160 pounds of wool.

We’ve bagged up our wool and used it around plants and in our landscaping before. Wool makes a great fertilizer and helps retain water. If we had more money (ha!) and time, we’d invest in a wool pelleting machine, a building & sell pellets. Dreams for some day!
