What an incredible honor to be recognized as one of the Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 honorees.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who has believed in me, supported me, and walked alongside me throughout my journey. This recognition is not just about my accomplishments—it represents the collective efforts, sacrifices, encouragement, and love of so many people who have helped shape who I am today.

As a Latino who grew up with big dreams and faced many challenges, this award is a reminder that no matter where you come from, with hard work, perseverance, and a strong support system, anything is possible.

This honor is for my family, whose sacrifices made this journey possible; for my mentors and teachers who guided me; for my friends and colleagues who encouraged me; and for every person who sees themselves in my story and is striving to achieve their own dreams.

Thank you to the Boston Business Journal for this recognition. I am humbled, grateful, and more motivated than ever to continue serving my community and creating opportunities for others.

The best is yet to come.

I’m incredibly honored and grateful to share that I’ve been named a 40 Under 40 Honoree by the Boston Business Journal.

This recognition is deeply personal. As a proud Latino who grew up facing challenges, moments of doubt, and limited resources, I never imagined being in rooms like this, let alone being recognized in them. My journey has never just been about me. It has always been about purpose, faith, and community.
Through my work with ALPFA Boston, I have had the privilege of creating spaces where Latino professionals feel seen, supported, and empowered.

At my church, St. Luke’s-San Lucas Episcopal Church in Chelsea, serving through the food pantry and community dining has been some of the most meaningful work in my life. I have seen firsthand what it means to show up for people in their hardest moments. Those experiences have kept me grounded and reminded me why I do this work.

In my community, I have tried to lead with heart. From running for City Council to advocating for those who feel unheard, every step has been about making sure people know they matter, their voice counts, and their story is still being written.

This honor is not just mine. It belongs to every person who believed in me, every community that embraced me, and every young person who has ever felt like they did not belong. You do. We do.

I am just getting started. 🙏🏽✨

Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a courageous leader who dedicated his life to the fight for equality and justice. He stood at the forefront of the Civil Rights Movement, working tirelessly to end segregation and the deep inequalities that existed between Black and White Americans.

Through his commitment to nonviolent resistance, Dr. King challenged unjust laws and practices, leading historic efforts such as the Montgomery Bus Boycott, the Birmingham Campaign, and the March on Washington in 1963, where he delivered his powerful “I Have a Dream” speech. His leadership played a critical role in the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965, landmark laws that reshaped the nation and expanded freedoms for millions.

Dr. King believed that justice, love, and equality were not just ideals, but responsibilities. His legacy continues to inspire people around the world to stand against discrimination, advocate for human rights, and work toward a more just and united society.
