Ant Moore’s 2025 Sauvignon Blanc is made using wild fermentation with the grapes’ own native yeast and no fining, resulting in a wine with more natural texture and a slightly more expressive, unfiltered character.
The result is a vibrant, fresh Sauvignon Blanc bursting with passionfruit, lime, grapefruit, gooseberry, and green apple, lifted by subtle herbal notes.
Grown in Marlborough, New Zealand, a cool, coastal region known for producing some of the world’s best Sauvignon Blancs.
