J.C.'s Tacos

A cheerful heart is good medicine.
Proverbs 17:22 ✌🏽

Tbis is how The J.C.'s Squishy Shack pulls up... a tiny bit obsessed 😉

Slap Yo' CoWorker Day is today for me ✌🏽

JC needs to understand that he's a co-worker, not a manager 🙄 Miscommunication happens when staff is operating under two managers... now, we have no staff for the day and an event to cancel 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤣

Peace ✌🏽 Love ❤️ Taco Grease 🌮

🎤 A big shout out to Edge Middle School for choosing JC’s Tacos to serve at their Fall Ball 🕺🍂💃, yesterday.

Thank you for trusting us with your event — the energy was great, the students looked great, and the staff embraced us.
We appreciate y’all for supporting local and letting us be part of your school celebrations.

Gracias, Edge Middle School - hasta la próxima 🫶🏾

Meantime, ... Keep us moving... JC’s Tacos loves showing up for the kids, the families, and the schools.
Where do you want us, next?

▪️Private Party.
▪️Wedding,
▪️Quince,
▪️Sport Games/Tournaments,
▪️Tailgates,
▪️Fall/WinterFestivals?

Name it! Make it happen and we got something for you 💸 Lock us in 🔐

Let’s move right today.
Let’s work right today.
Let’s BE good today.

*** J.C.'s Tacos is closed today, 10/24 ***
YES... WE'VE BEEN CLOSED LATELY. We’re out here tending to paid events, serving crowds, keeping commitments, and making sure JC’s Tacos shows up strong wherever we’re booked. We know some of y’all have been calling, pulling up, checking Google —
and yes, we marked ourselves temporarily closed for the month so nobody wastes a trip.
We apologize for any inconvenience, de verdad.
But bear with us.
Keep loving us.
We got you.
Gracias por siempre apoyarnos, fam.
JC’s Tacos ain’t going nowhere 😉

10/23/2026

Hey... where are you going with my patio music 🤬 Bring it back, dude!

ADD:
We understand times are hard. Life hits heavy. Sh** gets real. Sometimes you see something and you just want to grab it and go. We get it.
JC is a giver. If you had knocked on the door and said, “Hey, I need this for work,” or “I’m struggling,” we would’ve handed it to you with no questions asked. That’s who we are.
Community together. Let’s not do this kind of stuff to each other. We’re givers, we’re lovers, we love our people. We love our customers... AND we still love you, even though you did what you did. We hope whatever you do with what you took ends up helping you in a positive way.

🔍Spotted a Local Hustler, Rocky’s Pop Stop, at Community Trails Middle School & Dodson Elementary's BooBash last night.

Looking like she clocked in for Pirates of the Caribbean... full costume, full commitment, zero hesitation 💯 and on a quest for tacos 😉

10/23/2026

True story, that’s the route lately 👌🏽
Grinding, slingin' tacos, feeding the block.
Taco‑Lyfe activated 💪🏾

Living that taco‑truck‑grind era... and it shows.

As we wind down a little bit, the taco shop definitely needs some loving... it's missing its customers 🤗 Thinking of something to do for you all as a "Thank You for Understanding and Standing by Us". Stay tuned...

*** J.C.'s Tacos is CLOSED today, 10/23 ***

THANK YOU, GOD, for waking us up this morning. THANK YOU for another chance to grow, to do better, and to walk the road You’ve prepared for us.
As we head out today to J.C.’s doctor — THANK YOU for the good news we’re about to receive. THANK YOU for the peace over this evening, and the blessings waiting for us the rest of the week.

Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Well... we were just reminded that JC has an appointment with his heart doctor, tomorrow 10/21.
Forgive us but we will not open like we had mentioned earlier 😕

😫 J.C.'s Tacos will be closed 10/21 😫

Those Scam & Spam calls 🤬 Those people gotta get real jobs.

10/20/2026

That’s us. You’re calling and we’re closed 🙁 Not because we’re slacking, but because October & November own us... community events, festivals, catering, football games… JC’s is everywhere.

We marked ourselves temporarily closed on Google. We do apologize for any inconvenience. If you're following us here, stay tuned for updates as we’re thinking of opening tomorrow and Thursday.

Bear with us, keep loving us.
💚🤍❤️ We got you 💚🤍❤️

Gracias for sticking with us... You know we can't do this taco thing without you 🤗

Hispanic Heritage = nuestras raíces, nuestro hustle, nuestro sabor.

🎨 What “Hispanic Heritage” celebrates -
▪️Histories: Indigenous, African, European, and mixed cultural roots shaped over centuries.
▪️Language: Spanish and its regional accents.
▪️Culture: Music, food, art, traditions, festivals.
▪️Contributions: Entrepreneurship, advocacy, science, public service, sports, and more.
▪️Presence in the U.S.: Over 60 million Latinos/Hispanics shaping American culture and economy.

Stories, struggles, flavors, languages, and achievements of Spanish‑speaking peoples — past and present — and how they shaped the U.S. and the world = puro orgullo, puro corazón ❤️

Celebrate with us and Community Trails Middle School mañana, 10/20, 6–8 pm.

Ven con orgullo 💪🏾

Agua de Horchata is that classic Mexa 🇲🇽 comfort drink... silky, cold, and sweet with cinnamon floating through every sip. Your Horchata wasn’t just poured… it was blended fresh for you. Every cup started with chilled rice‑milk base, then got its own custom swirl, blend, and ice‑tumble.

🤎 During this warm season, every single one of you who stopped by and enjoyed our aguas, especially our Horchata, made the experience special. We appreciate every smile, every “that’s fire,” every return visit. You kept us going 💪🏾

🔜 We're keeping this agua fresca on our lineup for the fall & winter season. We're twisting it with Chocolate 🍫 Strawberry 🍓 Mango 🥭 and more. Cremosas 😋
