Not too shabby for post-frost flowers, huh?! We are lucky enough to grow both outdoors as well as in tunnels and those tunnels are still cranking out the blooms. We’ll be stocking the farmstand as we are able over the next few weeks and always reach out if you’re looking for something special and don’t want to chance it with the farmstand. For now, there are plenty of these beauties out there. And today is a 10/10 fall day. Like literally the best. Totally a PSL and a drive to the flower stand kinda day 😉

The stand is open my friends with a somewhat limited availability- we have some gorgeous jumbos and fragrant eucalyptus bunches. The first of the heirloom mums are making an appearance- just in time with the end of the dahlias. The stand is open until dusk today through Saturday :)

Pop and I got our outdoor work done early today so we can now settle in by the woodstove catching up on computer work. Today is one of those days with enough nip in the air to make it rather unpleasant. Tis the season I suppose! We threw together these flowers to head out to the farmstand tomorrow morning- ready to brighten your week :)

Well if this isn’t a sign of the changing of the seasons, this mornings temp of 28 sure is! We are slowly shifting what our days look like as we have fewer fresh flowers and start to turn to those dried beauties that have been transforming in the barn over the past few months. The stand is open today with fresh flowers (as it will be for at least the next few weeks thanks to our tunnel flowers!). But as I start to work more and more with dried flowers, I want to remind you we have a few workshops coming up if you want to learn how to make a wreath just like this one! Oct 24 & Nov 7 are the dried wreath workshop dates, and if your brain has already started thinking of the holidays, we still have room in our evergreen wreath workshops Nov 28 and Dec 5. If you’re feeling a bit of that season funk, these workshops are a great event to look forward to as they are such a fun afternoon of slowing down for a few hours, creating with your hands, and connecting with the earth’s bounty. This is the last weekend for the dahlias! We absolutely got toasted yesterday morning and the dahlias are done for another season 😔. But we harvested up a storm beforehand and the stand is absolutely loaded with these guys! Come get your last fix til August 2027! That’s what seasonal means my friends….gotta get em while the getting is good! Farmstand is open til dusk!

Oh baby it’s cold outside this morning. And we definitely got frosted! But we were so ready and still have so many flowers thanks to the tunnels! The stand is loaded up with so much beauty today- and it’s going to be a gorgeous fall day for a drive out! Treat yourself 😉
