The tools behind the scenes matter.
The perfect golden crust is possible because of the heavy bottom-even heat distribution-nonstick AMT pan. Easy clean cuts with F Dick knives and a proper cutting surface that allows me to leave it on the cutting mat and swap sheets to cut the next thing.
