šŸ‹Lemon Loverā€™s Delight CakešŸ‹

This delicious cake has the best lemon curd Iā€™ve ever tasted! Along with lemon butter cream frostingšŸ„°

My friend Lindsay gave me her recipe for the lemon curd. I think it makes the cake!!

My dear friend Mike named the cake!! I was just calling it lemon cake. But his name is so much better.

Hereā€™s what friends are saying:

ā€œThis is the best lemon cake ever."

ā€œThe curd part was sooooooooooooooo good.ā€

āœØPumpkin Spice MuffinsāœØ

These might be plain looking, but they are so good. Makes a delicious breakfast muffin heated up with a dab of butter. They also look nice with a dusting of powdered sugar before serving. My family enjoys them anytime we want something moist & delicious but not too heavy.
